Three words that describe me: an energetic, communicative, humorous rubber band 😉

For me, yoga is the bridge between pulsating life and death-like stillness .In this space or state, I can also be authentic in everyday life, unfold myself, experience and enjoy life in its fullness.

My yoga classes are: sensitive, focused, dynamic.

1996 – 2013 I more or less regularly built up my very own (certainly somewhat idiosyncratic) practice using a Hatha yoga book from a second-hand bookshop.
Finally found the yoga range in 2013 and my yoga direction with the studio. From then on, regular practice and workshops.
2018 Teacher training with Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci. Covid prevented me from continuing my education for the time being. But since the need for deeper knowledge and the desire to be able to pass on my knowledge to other people was so strong, I decided to start the teacher training all over again with Marija and Sarem.
