Marija has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2004 and has been teaching since 2008. At the yoga center she teaches Ashtanga, Mysore style, Moon, Vinyasa and Breathwork.

MARTINA

Is a visual artist and art teacher. She practiced Luna Yoga from 2003 to 2014. Since Martina discovered yoga in 2014, she has been practicing Ashtanga yoga and the Moon Sequence regularly and has been a qualified yoga teacher since Dec 2020. Martina accompanies the yogi: nis through the Ashtanga yoga sessions with her cheerful voice.
Three words that describe me: creative, empathetic and humorous.
For me, yoga is the conscious perception of tension and relaxation and the connection between these two poles. In this mindful connection, I experience trust, stability and lightness. These energies give me a very beautiful body feeling far beyond the edge of the yoga mat.

Has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2010. As an English native speaker, Michael will guide you through his yoga classes in English. Michael gives Ashtanga classes in the yoga center.

NORA

Nora has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2005 and has been teaching since 2008. Nora guides you through her yoga classes with her calm voice. Nora teaches Ashtanga classes at the yoga center and occasionally also teaches Ashtanga Mysore classes.

MARGIT

Is an artist and art therapist. She has been practicing Hatha Yoga since 1996 and Ashtanga Yoga regularly and intensively since 2013. Margit has been part of the Yogamelange team since January 2022 and will guide you through the Ashtanga and Flow classes with her calm voice in a patient yet motivating manner.

Jannis is a traveler and stay-at-home dad, architect / cook and eater / theater and club goer / father / reader and writer / football fan.
He first came into contact with yoga in 2005 and has been on the mat at Yogamelange from the very beginning. He completed his teacher training here in 2020 and has now occasionally joined the Yogamelange team for some time.

For me, yoga is: my constant companion between discipline and relaxation, between serenity and ambition, between awareness of the body and joy of the soul; my connection – into myself and out of myself – yoga means unity!

TAMIKA

Tamika is a social worker and passionate yogini, she has been practicing Hatha Yoga since 2009 and has been intensively involved with Ashtanga Vinyasa since 2019. Having completed her Yoga Teacher Training in India in January 2023, she embodies empathy, cheerfulness and flexibility.
For Tamika, yoga is more than just a practice – it’s a lifestyle that connects her to her inner self and helps her to stay in balance.
Her lessons are grounding, calm and balancing.

Franz has been practicing Ashtanga yoga now for nearly a decade. Or the practice practices him. For him Ashtanga is meditation in motion. He is a certified Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teacher. And still will be a life long learner after all. When he is not doing yoga he works as a business consultant. Three words that describe me: Straitforward, thoughtful and energy What yoga means to me: Yoga is the best decision I’ve ever made. Mula Bandha is a superpower, and Ashtanga is an endless source of energy and inspiration. My yoga hours are all about burning and creating energy, balance and opening.
