Livestream plus 72H
Don’t have time to attend your favorite yoga class? No problem. From now on, all classes marked “+72H” will be recorded and made available for a further 72 hours. Simply register for the desired class at least 30 minutes before the start of the class and we will send you the link after the class has finished.

Every day is different and you don’t feel the same every day. In order to cover as much as possible of what your body needs, our classes range from dynamic to very calm yoga classes.
Class description
Ashtanga
In our Ashtanga classes we practise positions from the first series combined with supporting asanas. Each asana is announced, demonstrated and explained in detail. The lessons are suitable for beginners and advanced students alike.
With Ashtanga Sunrise you start the day grounded, energized and with a fresh mind.
In our Full Primary class, we practise the entire first series. Compared to the Ashtanga classes, this class is more demanding in terms of the stamina, strength and flexibility required.
In the Ashtanga Primary Counted class, the entire first series is announced in the traditional Sanskrit count. Each asana is called by its specific Sanskrit name and the vinyasas (breath-synchronized sequence of movements that connects the individual asanas) are counted in Sanskrit.
Ashtanga Mysore Sunrise + Sunset
In our Ashtanga Mysore classes, you will learn the asanas of the Ashtanga exercise sequence step by step and at your own pace with the support of a teacher. We practise in a group, but everyone determines the start, duration and intensity of their own practice. As a teacher, this enables us to respond even better to you and your individual needs. If you are interested, you can also learn the Moon Sequence in self-practice format from Marija.
Ashtanga Beats
Experience the pulsating energy of the Ashtanga Beats classes as you move through each asana and let yourself be carried away by the infectious rhythm. This unique class offers an intensive combination of yoga and music that invigorates body and mind. Feel how the powerful movements and breathing exercises in harmony with the music bring you into a harmonious sequence. Whether you are a seasoned Ashtanga practitioner or just starting out on your yoga journey, Ashtanga with Beats is for anyone looking for an inspiring and intense yoga class.
Breath Work + Meditation
Discover the transformative power of breath in our Breath Work class!
Get to know proven breathing techniques, improve your stress management, increase your energy levels and improve your well-being through conscious breathing.
Learn how to uncover bad breathing habits, release tension and practice simple breathing exercises and yogic breathing techniques (pranayamas) for more calm and inner joy, including yogic kriyas (cleansing techniques) such as kapalabhati and bhastrika.
The breathing work leads into a concluding meditation that deepens your experience and calms your mind.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a dynamic class in which movement and breathing are fluidly combined. The exercises are coordinated to promote strength, flexibility and balance in equal measure. Meditative elements are also an integral part of this class.
Open to all levels.
Yin
Yin yoga is a good complement to the yang-oriented, more dynamic vinyasa yoga and the perfect balance to an everyday life full of activity. The focus is on letting go and the mindful, deep experience of the asanas. All asanas are performed in a seated or lying position and held for around three to five minutes. Due to the long time spent in the individual postures, Yin Yoga has a strongly meditative and regenerative character. Fascia, ligaments and tendons are equally addressed and stretched by Yin Yoga.
Moon
This class combines movement and deep relaxation. Gentle moon salutations are followed by invigorating standing positions that lead into a hip-opening sitting sequence and ensure greater flexibility and relaxation in the back and hips.
Animal Flow
Animal Flow is an energetic and amusing supplement to an Ashtanga practice because it takes us off the mat and out of our standard routine using an entirely different choreography of movement from what we may be accustomed to. In this class we will crawl around on the floor, without making any funny animal sounds, in order to challenge our sense of balance, our coordination, memory, and our strength. This is a very lighthearted approach to healthy movement that still maintains the thoughtfulness and deliberate nature Ashtangis are accustomed to. Expect laughs and smiles, but also a good sweaty challenge.
Basic course
Our 6-week basic courses are aimed at anyone who wants to get to know yoga step by step or refresh and deepen their yoga knowledge. Together we will get to grips with the basic principles of Ashtanga Yoga (breathing, movement, focus, energy boosters) and you will learn the exact structure and sequence of the first Ashtanga series.

Registration and payment for the livestream classes takes place via Eversports.
The reduced price applies to people in training up to the age of 26 and special cases.
All studio cards are valid from your first visit and are intended just for you. Before you decide on a card, please note its period of validity. An extension is generally not possible. However, if you are unable to continue your yoga practice due to a physical injury/illness/pregnancy or a planned longer stay abroad, please contact us in good time (before your card expires). In such exceptional cases we are prepared to extend or suspend your card.
Paid but unused or only partially used 10 tickets expire after their validity date. When you buy a new 10-unit card, we will credit you with the expired units (from the last valid card).
