YOGA BASIC COURSE “Start Your Yoga Journey”
Our basic yoga courses are aimed at anyone who wants to get to know yoga step by step or refresh and deepen their yoga knowledge. Together we will get to grips with the basic principles of Ashtanga yoga (breathing, movement, focus, strength) and you will learn the exact structure and sequence of the first series. We also have plenty of time for your individual questions.
Participation in the basic course is also your free ticket for all Livestream Ashtanga classes during the course. With this additional offer, we would like to support you in building up a regular practice.
You will also receive your first studio card (10-visit card or monthly pass) at a reduced price.
If you miss a course unit, that’s no problem. You can make up to two missed classes in an Ashtanga class.
